Tasty Toast Ingredients 4 eggs 300 ml / 1/2 pint / 1 1/4 cups milk 2 fresh green chillies, finely chopped 2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander (cilantro) 75g / 3oz / 3/4 cup cheddar or mozzarella cheese, grated 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper 4 slices bread corn oil for frying Method Break the eggs into a medium bowl and whisk together.
